You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. kingroup88 does not accept deposits from payment accounts owned by third parties. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotional page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and minimum odds (for sports bonuses) are specified on each promotion page. Wagering on certain game types (e.g., table games, live casino) may contribute at a reduced rate towards the wagering requirement.
kingroup88 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winings where it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, wagering on low-risk outcomes to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or any systematic exploitation of promotional conditions not in the spirit of normal gameplay.
All bonuses have an expiry period as specified on the individual promotion. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress that have not been completed within the stated validity period will be removed from the account automatically.
kingroup88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, the Company will use reasonable efforts to honour obligations already incurred by qualifying Members.

In the event of an obvious error in odds, line settings, or game parameters resulting from a technical fault or human error, kingroup88 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
Sports betting markets — including EPL (English Premier League), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other listed events — are subject to event-specific rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may be adjusted dynamically by kingroup88.
Live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) are governed by the rules presented within the game interface at the time of play. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the round will be completed on the server and the result will be final regardless of whether the connection was maintained.

Members may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting kingroup88 customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed to completion before the account is formally closed. Voluntary closure does not entitle a Member to forgo applicable KYC requirements.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 10.3.
